First time logging in? Click FORGOT PASSWORD and follow the prompts.

Click on MY EVENTS and select an event. Choose the seats you would like to transfer and follow the prompts. Track your ticket status and transfer history.

On the go? You can also access Account Manager on the web browser on your smartphone or tablet.

Transfer Tickets

Access the Online Account Manager. Click SIGN IN.

Once signed in, find the event you’d like to transfer your tickets for and tap it.

Then tap SEND at the bottom of the screen.

Choose the seats you want to send. Then tap SEND TO.

Follow the prompts to select your recipients. Once selected, tap SEND TICKET.

Once the recipient has accepted the tickets, the status will change to CLAIMED and the barcode will no longer appear.

Accept Tickets

Click ACCEPT TRANSFER in the email body. Once clicked, you will be re-directed to the Online Account Manager web page.

Once signed in, click the ACCEPT OFFER button to access the tickets.

The accepted tickets will appear in your MY EVENTS tab where you will be able to view your Budweiser Stage events and access or transfer your tickets.

PARKING

Event parking is very limited and not guaranteed. Parking may occasionally be found in the Ontario Place parking lots, but space is very limited.

General Venue Policy
(subject to change per event at the request of the Tour)

ALLOWED items you can bring: Homemade food wrapped in plastic, blankets, small collapsible umbrellas, one sealed plastic bottle of water, and non professional cameras (point & shoots, disposables).

RESTRICTED items: Alcohol, narcotics and illegal substances, cans, glass bottles, containers of any kinds, laser pens/pointers, audio/video recording devices and pro cameras with detachable lenses, glow sticks and any object that can be used as a projectile or weapon.

General Rules No smoking within any seating or standing area of the venue. No re-entry No strollers Children Rules Children 24 months of age and under do not require a ticket if seated on a lap. Wheelchair Accessibility & Special Needs Wheelchair accessible seating is located at the back of sections 01,302,303,304,305 and 403,405,407. No access to 100/Floor level. Washrooms and facilities are fully accessible. All accessible seating is available through your local Ticketmaster Charge-by-Phone or Ticket Centre. Note: For all wheelchair seating located in section 303, 403, 405 and 407, customers should be aware that if people in their section stand up, their view will most likely be obstructed. For other special needs, please visit our Guest Services pavilion located just inside the entrance.
