Accessing your event tickets is made easy with Mobile Ticketing. By logging into your account via the Scotiabank Arena App, you will have the ability to manage, track and transfer your tickets with ease. Tickets can also be viewed via the Online Account Manager on a desktop or mobile device.

To view your tickets, click on the VENUE tab

Click the Sign in to MLSE button and log in

Click on MY EVENTS to view your events, save to your mobile wallet or transfer your tickets

Transfer Tickets

Access the Online Account Manager. Click SIGN IN.

Sign in using your email on account.

First time logging in? Click  FORGOT PASSWORD and follow the prompts.

Once signed in, find the event you’d like to transfer your tickets for and tap it.

Then tap  SEND at the bottom of the screen.

Choose the seats you want to send. Then tap SEND TO.

Follow the prompts to select your recipients. Once selected, tap SEND TICKET.

Once the recipient has accepted the tickets, the status will change to CLAIMED and the barcode will no longer appear.

Click ACCEPT TRANSFER in the email body. Once clicked, you will be re-directed to the Online Account Manager web page.

Sign in using your email on account.

First time logging in? Click  FORGOT PASSWORD and follow the prompts.

Once signed in, click the ACCEPT OFFER button to access the tickets.

The accepted tickets will appear in the MY EVENTS tab where you will be able to view all Scotiabank Arena tickets in your account. Tickets can also be accessed on the Scotiabank Arena app. Simply download the app on the Apple App Store or Google Play and log in to your account. Check out “Using Account Manager” for more details.
